該設(shè)備使用于半鋼化玻璃、鋼化玻璃、化學(xué)鋼化玻璃的表面應(yīng)力的定量測量。該儀器測量精度高，結(jié)構(gòu)新穎，使用簡單，攜帶方便。符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 15763.2建筑安全玻璃第少部分鋼化玻璃和GB/T18144玻璃應(yīng)力試驗方法的要求，儀器如下圖所示。

性能特點：應(yīng)用廣泛，適用于半鋼化玻璃、鋼化玻璃、化學(xué)鋼化玻璃的表面應(yīng)力的定量測量。

輕巧實用：儀器重量約1.2公斤，體積15.20.4厘米，將儀器置于浮法玻璃的浸錫面或化學(xué)鋼化玻璃的表面上，調(diào)節(jié)儀器的光路，即可測量。

計算方便：儀器目鏡視場中的臺階高度乘以儀器常數(shù)，即可得到玻璃的表面應(yīng)力值。

該儀器采用光波導(dǎo)效應(yīng)原理，光學(xué)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計獨到，成像效果良好，其誤差不超過  3.6Mpa,主要性能達到了國際同類產(chǎn)品的要求。

    The instrument is applicable to non-destructively determine surface stress of the heat-strenthened or tempered float flat glass, and can also be used to measure the surface stress of the chemically ion-exchanged glass.
